Crosskeys Antiques accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept personal checks, money orders and transfers, but merchandise will not be shipped until the funds have cleared (usually 5-7 business days). You must contact us personally to arrange payment and shipment.

We always recommend the purchaser to ask for a shipping quote for larger items. Depending on the purchaser's location, this is to the purchaser's advantage.

Crosskeys Antiques has been shipping worldwide for over 20 years. Our merchandise is expertly packed, shipped and insured.

How does Crosskeys Antiques handle returns?

We always highly recommend that you see an item in person before purchasing it, but this is not always possible. Due to the nature and imperfections of antiques, we try to give as many detailed photos as possible on our items. You can always request more photos of any item to help you in your purchase decisions. Crosskeys Antiques accepts merchandise returns when the following conditions are met:

The item is returned to us in the same condition it was sent, WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT.
The purchaser notifies Crosskeys Antiques IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT of said merchandise of any damages.
The item is packed with the same care and in the same high quality way it was sent.
As the purchaser, YOU are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.

We CANNOT ship to PO Box addresses.
